How can i reduce Seborrhoeic dermatitis dandruff?

I have Seborrhoeic dermatitis, and ive been to the doctor twice about it and gotten 2 different medical shampoos, and they work for about a month but after that they start not working anymore. I shower every morning and for the past few months ive been washing every day, will it help if i reduce the amount of wash my hair to 3 times a week or around there? Within an hour of my hair drying, i have flakes cmooing out every time i move my head! Its terrible and any help you can provide would be great!!!!

Not sure if we have the same problem but a dry scalp has always bothered me. I use Head and Sholders, and it works good. Plus I cut my hair short with a #2 size clippers. Drinking lots of water and letting the sun hit your scalp helps a lot, and I hardly get dried scalp anymore.

I’m pretty sure that most our ailments can be corrected by a more healthy living:

1: Eating Right (Eat for your body and mind and not your gut)
2: Exersicing (Get your heart pumping to move the good blood you made by eating)
3: Breathing (Practice inhaling. Oxygen has healing)
4: Resting (Rest Rest Rest - rest promotes universal healing of the body)
5: Sun (Get some sun on your skin and scalp, just enough you don’t get burned)

God bless!

P.S. My #1 is prayer. You arrange what works best for you.
