To all your SD sufferers in here, what do you do about your hair?
i have some doubt abot products to use for SD, the thing is that i m not able to get products like SEA BREZE & APRICOT SCRUB , which u suggested to use using SD relief video, so if i wont use these 2 products, though i got main products SARNA ORIGNAL, CORTAID so am i able to contol SD only using these 2. please suggest me wat to be done…, i am waiting for ur reply soon…, thank u..,
this person is really right I wouldn’t advise to continue using steroids, I use to use them and it made my sd worse. I use chagrin valley soap bars or shea butter and teatree oil. It helps a lot and I dont use any mainstream sulfate filled shampoo like selsun blue I had to wash every other day and now I wash every week

thanx so much. i discovered this is what i have after googling it. it totally sux. it’s pretty much all over my face and scalp, ears. not noticable in public tho. i little pinkish n areas. but every 48 hrs. is shows up visibly. warm water makes it all slough off. wish it would stay off! i read it’s inherited and affects mostly males. oh joy. THX DAD, LUV U 2! been searching 4 dyi treatments. thot of utube and found u. this sounds great and gonna givit a try. i’ll post the results. thx again!
Long term use of a steroid is bad, it thickens the skin (I used to use it also). I have seborrheic dermatitis (SD) also and have found great relief from using sulfur. I use a 10% sulfur soap and made my own shea butter/sulfur mix to moisturize. Have been using this for almost a year. You should try it. :)
I just been diagnosed with this, had it for years but didn’t know what it was.
The dermatologist prescribed Protopic ointment 0.1% Tacrolimus monohydrate.
best results i got were with cold water (the colder the better)! wash your face just once a day in the morning a dry it with a fresh towel every day … fixed my face completely!

OMG TY SO MUCH. I figured out I had this and am now using HYDROCORTISONE CREAM!! I am going to use it tonight for the first time! Wish me luck!!! I HOPE TO GOD THAT WHOEVER HAS THIS FINDS THESE TREATMENTS!!! I am a straight guy, and I am very self-conscious about this, I really hope this works guys!

cool, i’m going to try this. ive tried an unbelievable amount of creams as well. although my seb derm is usually mild, its still extremely bothersome, and i have to deal with plenty of flakes. thank you for the vid
hydrocortosine is in the cortaid so its practically the same i think its been working for me anyway.
What cortaid should I use? I have found 3 diffrent types. and does hydrocortison works aswell?
UPDATE on this regimens success please?!?!!
oh YAY! the only thing I might suggest is ten days on ten days off the cortaid. That’s the general consensus of MDs for anything steroidal on the face. Im totally gonna try this.

Ok so its been over a week now and I have clear skin for the first time since I was a little kid!!! 3 of my friends have commented about my face saying how did you get your face so smooth and your face is looking great! i have also been trying thius for about 4 days and it works for me also although im using hydrocortisone cream with the sarna im from england, and corey i recommend nizoral shampoo mate better than neutrogena stuff

I tried your suggestion and it works!!! Started 4 days ago and my face is almost completely cleared up. Within 24 hours I noticed an improvement (less itchy). Thanks so much for sharing this remedy. I know it won’t work for everyone but it does for me!
